After succesfully adopting agile culture and practices, the road of high quality and full transparency begins. This session covers how to work in very short and efficient iterations, providing high quality products with a strong level of internal and external communication.

Most of the session is centered around actual practices experienced in several of the agile teams I worked with, and how we achieved explicitly set goals like:
- Getting bug count so low as to stop tracking bugs
- Producing enormous amount of evidence without additional effort
- Generating many metrics to improve upon with no bureaucreacy
- Increasing knowledge sharing within the teams and out to the community
- Making an agile plan for continuous improvement with explicit goals and tracking

Target audience

Agile practitioners

Key benefits

Attendees should leave this session with a series of ideas about how to take the next steps once we reached a smooth flow of agile practices within their organizations, starting to leverage this cultural shift as a competitive advantage.
