Ariel has 8 years of experience in project management, software development and web-based applications. He has been leading agile projects with Scrum for 4 years and became a certified Scrum Master in 2006. Now he is PMO at Southworks, a company that holds a 100% of agile projects since 2005.
As agile developer and project director, he participated in critical mission projects for customers such as the Microsoft Platform Architecture Team in Redmond, Merrill Lynch in New Jersey and Sancor Seguros Group in Santa Fe. Over the last years he led with success the adoption of Scrum by the customers and their development teams, in a distributed environment and sometimes with actors of no previous experience in Agile.
As PMO at Southworks, Ariel is now leading the adoption of progress measurement practices aimed at agile environments.
